Shannon and Clayton were expecting a baby, considering how long they were trying, it was a glorious happening. But something is wrong with the pregnancy, something is growing inside her, something big and bad. Shannon is suddenly possessed with great strength and something dark and evil. Her womb becomes grotesquely large and ominace. Doctors have to take the baby early, or she will simply die of exhaustion.Gabe is born into a world that he was never supposed to be in, for he is a Nephlim. An ancient creature from biblical times that once ruled the earth with superhuman size, strength, and intellect. "Mighty men of renown" that man and breast alike once trembled in fear in their presence.
And now a little boy is turned loose in present day America. He can't fight what he is, and so he fights what's in front of him: the world.
MEET THE AUTHOR
Glen Alan Burke began his writing career doing biographies of deceased people. He has said that the best thing about writing about the dead is there are very few complaints. "If I ever do get complaints," he has said, "it will be the subject of my next book." He has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and is currently broke due to bad investments, which explains why he can't get a job in finance. Glen Alan Burke is from rural Northern Alabama.
